As part of our operations function, you will work closely with the General Manager to develop business strategies aligned with company goals. Your role involves overseeing various functions such as marketing, customer support, legal, and compliance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will drive the implementation and maintenance of operational processes, interpret data to make informed business decisions, and foster a culture of trust and accountability within the team.

We are looking for a proactive individual with strong project management skills, proven ability to work across teams, and excellent leadership qualities.
