You'll craft design systems, prototype experiences, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs translate seamlessly into production. You'll transform designs into pixel-perfect, performant applications while ensuring smooth interactions and real-time data visualization. We're looking for developers who are passionate about user experience, have an eye for design details, and can build complex web applications that handle large datasets efficiently while maintaining responsive, accessible interfaces across all devices and browsers.
Responsibilities:
Build responsive, performant web applications
Implement designs with attention to UX detail
Integrate with backend APIs and manage application state
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility

Project Presentation:
 Create engaging presentations or pitches about the platform’s features (e.g., betting on events, oracle integration, rewards) for social media, Discord, Telegram, or webinars.
Record Videos: Produce short promotional videos (1-3 minutes) demoing the platform, explaining prediction mechanics, or sharing success stories; post on YouTube, TikTok, X, or project channels.
Participate in AMAs: Join live Ask Me Anything sessions (1-2 hours weekly) to answer community questions, highlight updates, and build trust as a knowledgeable advocate.

We are currently seeking a creative and meticulous Web Brand Designer UI/UX to join our Brand Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the essence of our brand identity and mission through exceptional web and product interfaces. This role involves ensuring the seamless execution of our visual brand across all digital platforms in the dynamic cryptocurrency landscape.

Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Development teams, you will design high-quality user interfaces (UI), establish digital brand guidelines, and create UI component libraries for visual consistency. The focus will be on utilizing robust UX principles and precise execution to uphold a cohesive, memorable, and impactful brand presence throughout our digital environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

Develop and present high-quality UI mockups, screens, and components for web platforms using Figma and create interactive prototypes to showcase design solutions.

Lead the design of important marketing assets, such as landing pages and email templates, emphasizing UX principles for optimal user experience.

Design visual content for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and web standards.

Complexity and Impact of Work:

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Digital Design System and UI component library, guaranteeing on-brand, scalable components for cross-functional team use.

Organizational Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends and design technology, monitoring the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry to uphold the brand's innovative digital presence.

Communication and Influence:

Collaborate with Product and Development teams to ensure design implementation aligns with brand standards, providing expertise on digital design decisions.

Candidate Requirements:

8+ years of web design experience with a focus on UI/UX.

Ability to drive the design process while balancing user and business value.

Strong communication skills for leading in cross-functional settings.

Experience collaborating with various teams to meet business and customer needs.

A varied skill set including qualities like creativity, attention to detail, curiosity, and humility.

Portfolio showcasing top-tier design work and previous tech industry experience.

Additional Qualifications (Bonus):

Knowledge of current design and cryptocurrency trends.

Proficiency in animation skills.
