Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees, which involve handling employee benefits administration.
- Maintain precise and current employee records and databases effectively.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll procedures and income tax reporting to the relevant authorities.
- Administer employee stock option plans meticulously, including managing option grants and exercises.
- Deliver regular and precise reports to internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies promptly.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations that impact our business and employees.
Requirements:
- Proficient in clear and concise communication.
- Capable of working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent attention to detail.
- Updated knowledge of local employment legislations.
- Thorough understanding of payroll and tax laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with employee stock option plans and relevant regulations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in HR systems and software like InfoTech is a plus.
