Performance Ads Intern
Job Responsibilities:
Creating and executing paid campaigns on various social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Implementing pixels, events, UTMs, and conversion APIs with basic quality assurance.
Developing testing strategies across different target audiences, creatives, hooks, and landing pages.
Analyzing campaign performance to make recommendations on scaling, refining, or discontinuing strategies.
Collaborating with the Creative team to develop effective ad concepts and formats.
Maintaining and updating performance dashboards, as well as providing weekly reports on important metrics such as cost per acquisition, click-through rate, conversion rate, and return on ad spend.
Job Requirements:
Required Skills:
Previous hands-on experience with at least one of TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, or Google/YouTube Ads.
Understanding of basic attribution principles, UTMs, and landing page optimization for conversions.
Demonstrate ability to design and conduct structured tests and interpret the results effectively.
Proficient in using spreadsheets for data analysis.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with tools like Hyros, Triple Whale, or GA4.
Ability to make simple edits on landing pages using platforms like Webflow or similar tools.
Capability to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of ad hooks, frames, and offers creatively.
