5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

2. Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

3. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

4. Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

5. Assist with personal tasks, such as errands, shopping, and household management.

6. Handle expense reports and reconcile receipts.

7. Conduct research and compile information as requested.

8. Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations.

9. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

10. Other duties as assigned to support the needs of the executive team.
