About the role:

Limit Break seeks a detail-oriented, innovative, and organized professional to join us as a Personal Assistant to the President. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder and President, the ideal candidate will embody a proactive and adaptable attitude, providing exceptional support across various responsibilities within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate and prioritize the President's needs
  • Demonstrated ability to execute tasks with minimal direction, exercising sound judgment in time-sensitive situations
  • Manage confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Coordinate logistics such as travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Facilitate day-to-day operational tasks including errands and ordering supplies
  • Efficiently manage calendars, emails, and various aspects of the President's professional and personal life
  • Support in organizing events with senior team members, customers, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Communicate and escalate key decisions and priorities effectively
  • Willingness to engage in occasional travel and after-hours work
  • Manage incoming visitors, handle correspondence, and oversee facility management tasks
  • Accommodate various ad hoc requests as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a similar support role, ideally assisting C-Suite executives
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management capabilities and attention to detail
  • Experience working in virtual team settings, supporting remote executives is advantageous
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to represent the company professionally
  • Enthusiastic problem-solver with a passion for service excellence, learning, and effective communication
  • Resourceful with the ability to make informed decisions independently
  • Proficient in Google Suite and familiarity with Slack is highly preferred
