Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled individual to serve as a Personal Assistant to the CEO, taking on dual responsibilities that involve providing administrative support in the office. In this combined role of Executive Assistant and Administrative Support for our CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our executive team and offices based in Hong Kong. Working closely with the CEO, you will assist him in focusing on core responsibilities as our business expands globally. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for all office-related matters, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. What You Will Do

  • Assist the CEO in daily operations
