What You Will Do
- Design and develop AI-driven productivity tools for internal use by engineers such as coding assistants, knowledge retrieval systems, and automation of workflows.
- Create LLM-powered applications for authentic engineering scenarios, including code generation, code comprehension, and automated testing.
- Implement AI capabilities throughout the entire software development cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and introduce AI-based solutions to alleviate real hindrances.
- Experiment with and deploy techniques like Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Agents.
- Keep abreast of the latest AI technologies, continuously evaluating their impact and integrating those that are truly beneficial.
What We're Looking For
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in programming in at least one language (such as Python, Java, Go, JavaScript).
- Sound understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Practical knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and their real-world applications.
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or comparable tools and the ability to enhance their usage.
- Familiarity with basic backend or web development principles.
- Comfort working with APIs and system integration.
- Proactive in taking ownership of solving problems with a strong follow-through mindset.
- Effective communicator, collaborates well with others, and knows when to seek assistance.

- Hands-on practice with Prompt Engineering, RAG, or AI Agents.
