Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement advanced LLM pipelines to power Binance's AI Products and cutting-edge agentic trading features across various markets including spot, perpetual, and on-chain markets.
- Enhance agent capabilities in comprehension, reasoning, tool selection, and execution, optimizing for intelligence, latency, and reliability amidst high-frequency trading demands.
- Create and manage evaluation frameworks to assess reasoning model outputs within cryptocurrency contexts, ensuring market analysis accuracy and agent decision quality.
- Deploy test-time scaling methods to augment agent reasoning quality in fast-paced and ambiguous market conditions, leveraging techniques like chain-of-thought and process reward models.
- Design AI system components with a focus on inference latency, throughput, and cost efficiency, utilizing serving frameworks such as vLLM and TensorRT-LLM within a non-stop trading environment.
- Integrate on-chain data sources, wallet intelligence, and crypto market signals into LLM-powered data pipelines, enabling Binance's agents to be genuinely crypto-native.
- Collaborate with research scientists to transition experimental outcomes into agentic solutions for production with clear performance benchmarks.
Job Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Possess 0–5 years of industry or research experience in applied machine learning or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Exhibit proficiency in Python programming and a demonstrated comfort with vibe coding within AI-assisted development tools as an integral part of workflow.
- Display firsthand experience with LLMs in areas like prompt engineering, post-training, or end-to-end LLM application development.
- Showcase familiarity with multi-agent system design concepts including task decomposition, tool utilization via MCP, memory management, parallel agent execution, and inter-agent communication.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous and fast-paced environments effectively.
