We are currently seeking an experienced Strategy & Operations Lead to steer our expansion efforts in the MENASA region. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in devising strategies for new product launches while cultivating essential partnerships with our internal technology and global marketing teams to refine operational processes and business models.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that regional business activities comply with local regulations, while maintaining alignment (where applicable) with central policies and procedures.
• Drive innovation and strategy development, constructing a mid-term plan to drive user growth in the region.
• Develop crucial industry and consumer insights specific to the region through a variety of internal and external resources.
• Support business owners and country managers in creating new strategies, enhancing operational standards, and effectively executing business models.
• Supervise regional and important country-specific marketing initiatives and performance.
• Work closely with Lifecycle and Performance Marketing teams to drive growth projects through highly effective channels.
• Collaborate closely with central teams to address local operational challenges.
• Serve as the main project manager for key projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar role.
• Proven background in operations and marketing, possessing a solid grasp of growth strategies and a record of success within high-performance teams.
• Strong emphasis on data analysis, enabling a data-driven approach within the organization.
• Strategic, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for fostering and managing relationships internally, across functions, and with external partners.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take initiative, assess risks and opportunities accurately, and lead sustainable and innovative operations.
• Deep passion for the crypto and digital asset industry, which is a cornerstone of the candidate's drive to transform the sector.
• Proficient in English to facilitate coordination with international partners and stakeholders.
