Description

As a Success Manager at Polygon Labs, you will act as the crucial bridge between our company and our valued chains focused on CDK and AggLayer integration. Your primary role will involve ensuring an outstanding experience throughout the entire Polygon journey, contributing significantly to building, retaining, and expanding relationships by assisting chains in maximizing the potential of Polygon blockchain technology and ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement: Lead engagement processes for chains to facilitate a seamless entry into the Polygon ecosystem, with a key focus on driving adoption and ongoing engagement.

  • Proactive Relationship Management: Develop and execute an engagement and communication strategy that maintains high satisfaction levels through regular check-ins, success reviews, and performance assessments.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data from Polygon chains to derive valuable insights guiding chains towards increased adoption and satisfaction.

  • Risk Mitigation: Evaluate risk factors for individual chains and proactively collaborate with them to prevent dissatisfaction or loss of business, thereby enhancing overall retention.

  • Voice of the Chain (VoC): Act as the primary liaison, collaborating across teams internally to ensure consistent and compelling messaging.

  • Product Expertise: Become a proficiency in Polygon protocols, third-party solution providers, and developer tools, educating chains on the advantages and benefits while ensuring effective utilization of Polygon blockchain solutions.

  • Market Awareness: Stay informed on Web3 market conditions to tailor value propositions that align with the unique needs of each chain.

  • Effective Planning and Prioritization: Efficiently plan and prioritize chain initiatives, activities, and requests, adhering to timely follow-ups and clear issue resolution.

  • Collaboration with Business Development/Solution Engineering: Work closely with the Business Development team to share chain insights that inform new product offerings, expansion opportunities, and professional services.

  • Advocacy Building: Identify and nurture advocacy relationships with strategic chains, utilizing them as marketing channels through case studies, speaking opportunities, references, and more.
