Description
As a Polygon Success Manager (PSM) at Polygon Labs, you would act as a crucial liaison connecting our company with esteemed 3rd party solution providers within the blockchain ecosystem. Your core responsibility involves ensuring a top-tier experience for all stakeholders along their Polygon journey. This role is instrumental in fostering, sustaining, and broadening relationships by guiding partners to fully leverage the potential of Polygon’s network of 3rd party Solution Providers.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Engagement: Lead engagement processes for key Solution Providers to seamlessly integrate them into the Polygon ecosystem. Emphasize collaboration and ongoing engagement with priority Solution Providers adopting Polygon protocols.
- Proactive Relationship Management: Devise and execute a comprehensive strategy ensuring high satisfaction levels among Solution Providers. Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews to evaluate performance against set KPIs and goals.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage Polygon chain data to derive insights guiding Solution Providers to enhance adoption and satisfaction.
- Voice of the Provider (VoP): Serve as the main contact, collaborating cross-departmentally to ensure consistent messaging.
- Product Expertise: Master Polygon protocols, 3rd party providers, and developer tools. Educate chains on advantages while assisting providers in effective integration with Polygon blockchain solutions.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on Web3 industry trends to tailor value propositions to individual provider needs.
- Effective Planning and Prioritization: Efficiently manage provider initiatives and resolve issues promptly by asking relevant questions and proposing solutions.
- Collaboration with Business Development/Solution Engineering: Collaborate with the Business Development team to enhance product offerings and expand services.
- Advocacy Building: Develop advocacy relationships with key providers to leverage marketing opportunities.
What you’ll need - Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven client-facing experience in the blockchain sector.
- Strong understanding of Web3 and blockchain technology.
- In-depth knowledge of Web3 infrastructure stack and significant industry players.
- Thought-leadership in public good infrastructure is a bonus.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools.
