About the Opportunity Join us at OKX as we pioneer the future of decentralized finance (DeFi), making it accessible to all. We are looking for Product Designers to define our DeFi products, strategize, and craft exceptional user experiences. Our focus is on creating a world-class Decentralised Platform tailored for our web3 users, where you will shape transaction workflows, data display, and feature execution to deliver engaging experiences to our global user base. You have the chance to influence millions of users globally through collaboration with diverse teams to create cutting-edge web3 products using the latest blockchain technologies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams into comprehensive design deliverables to ensure a user-centric approach throughout product development
- Solve design challenges from inception to implementation, developing disruptive new products and features through research insights and detailed interactions
- Support the product development process with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, prototypes, and research
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers to define initiatives and provide user-focused solutions throughout the product lifecycle
- Work closely with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the design vision of your area of ownership
- Enhance design quality through feedback sessions, design reviews, and mentorship to fellow designers
- Utilize data, both qualitative and quantitative, to drive design decisions
What We Look For In You
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or related fields, with previous management experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and advocate for design decisions
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies
- Results-oriented, adaptable, with expertise in experimentation and research techniques to validate designs
- A keen eye for design, demonstrated in a diverse portfolio of design works
Nice to Haves
- Past experience in designing for Fintech, Investment platforms, or Crypto products
- Familiarity with React framework for Front End development
- Experience facilitating design thinking workshops or sprints with colleagues and leadership across different offices and time zones
