Responsibilities:
- Oversee and propel wallet product development, with a primary focus on core wallet infrastructure, encompassing key management, transaction processing, DeFi integrations, and more.
- Innovate, research, and devise effective product strategies, managing execution from the conceptual phase through to launch and post-launch improvements.
- Undertake competitive analysis, stay abreast of market trends, and distinguish products from competitors.
- Capture and assess feedback from stakeholders and cross-functional teams, translating insights into product requirements, features, and final deliverables.
- Communicate product roadmaps and plans with senior leadership.
- Draft and review Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Ensure punctual and high-quality delivery of products and releases.
- Supervise and drive development and testing progress.
- Monitor, analyze key user metrics, and continuously refine product performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Web3 product experience, with a solid understanding of blockchain basics, wallet infrastructure, on-chain transaction lifecycles, payments, and DeFi.
- Validate expertise in managing large-scale product design and delivery encompassing concept origination to launch.
- Possess a sharp business acumen and data-driven orientation, swiftly translating insights into actionable product solutions and propelling execution.
- Outstanding communication abilities in English and Mandarin.
- Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, innovation, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit and robust execution skills in an evolving industry.
