Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Implement diverse candidate sourcing methods like job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess technical abilities, cultural fit, and alignment with the organization's goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs and devise customized strategies.
- Improve the company's employer brand through social media initiatives, community engagement, and educational partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and salary benchmarks particularly in Web3, blockchain, frontier tech, and quantum fields.
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Manage an accurate applicant tracking system and provide recruitment metrics and reports to the leadership team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Web3, blockchain, or tech sectors.
- Proficient in various sourcing tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in science and engineering is advantageous.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Successful track record in tech placements within frontier tech, Web3, or blockchain.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 annually
