Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee engineering projects throughout their lifecycles with detailed planning and tracking
  • Offer technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team while addressing technical challenges
  • Act as the main point of contact for project updates and effectively communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Conduct R&D and drive the design and development of distributed, fault-tolerant systems
  • Contribute to both closed and open-source projects while collaborating with internal and external Web3 teams

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years in managing engineering teams and leadership roles
