Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
- Initiate direct outreach efforts to target accounts through various channels such as email, phone, LinkedIn, and Twitter to secure meetings.
- Master the demonstration and explanation of our product and service offerings.
- Assess and qualify inbound inquiries while closely tracking analytics across the sales pipeline, from prospecting to email response rates, to converting initial conversations into opportunities for Account Executives (AEs).
- Assist in organizing key contacts and decision-makers using our CRM database to nurture the sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on product offerings and market insights within the investor community.
- Generate reports to highlight lead generation and qualification metrics.
- Schedule and participate in meetings with potential clients.
- Collaborate with AEs throughout the onboarding process to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Enhance outreach strategies within targeted market segments.
- Aid AEs in lead qualification, meeting scheduling, and expanding the sales pipeline consistently.
- Work alongside the marketing team to drive lead generation and execute campaigns effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, demonstrating proficiency in communication and quantitative analysis.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing Sales Development Representative processes, from lead identification to transition for closing by AEs.
- Proficient in sales operations and outreach strategies, utilizing platforms like Apollo.io for research-based engagements.
- Familiarity with the financial industry and cryptocurrencies, particularly in engaging with funds, institutions, and traders interested in our platform.
- Passion for crypto and digital assets, with the ability to discuss relevant topics fund managers and traders regularly discuss.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, evidenced by preparing materials for sales presentations.

We are a remote-first company offering a base compensation range between $65,000 - $75,000 annually, supplemented with commissions based on experience, qualifications, and location.
