Responsibilities

  • Initiate direct outreach efforts to target accounts through various channels such as email, phone, LinkedIn, and Twitter to secure meetings.
  • Master the demonstration and explanation of our product and service offerings.
  • Assess and qualify inbound inquiries while closely tracking analytics across the sales pipeline, from prospecting to email response rates, to converting initial conversations into opportunities for Account Executives (AEs).
  • Assist in organizing key contacts and decision-makers using our CRM database to nurture the sales pipeline.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and market insights within the investor community.
  • Generate reports to highlight lead generation and qualification metrics.
  • Schedule and participate in meetings with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with AEs throughout the onboarding process to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Enhance outreach strategies within targeted market segments.
  • Aid AEs in lead qualification, meeting scheduling, and expanding the sales pipeline consistently.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to drive lead generation and execute campaigns effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, demonstrating proficiency in communication and quantitative analysis.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing Sales Development Representative processes, from lead identification to transition for closing by AEs.
  • Proficient in sales operations and outreach strategies, utilizing platforms like Apollo.io for research-based engagements.
  • Familiarity with the financial industry and cryptocurrencies, particularly in engaging with funds, institutions, and traders interested in our platform.
  • Passion for crypto and digital assets, with the ability to discuss relevant topics fund managers and traders regularly discuss.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, evidenced by preparing materials for sales presentations.
  • Highly motivated, curious, and self-driven individual.
  • Guided by a desire to contribute significantly to the growth of our organization.

We are a remote-first company offering a base compensation range between $65,000 - $75,000 annually, supplemented with commissions based on experience, qualifications, and location. What You Will Do
Creator & Partner Growth
Source, evaluate, and onboard creators who can drive high-quality users
Build and negotiate creator partnerships (affiliate, revenue share, performance-based deals)
Run creator campaigns end-to-end: outreach → deal → launch → optimization
Build long-term relationships with creators, not one-off placements
 
Prioritize volume with intent — not spam
Important:
You are not managing Higgsfield’s own YouTube or social channels.
Your job is growth through external creators and their audiences.
YouTube Growth (Primary Focus)
Own YouTube as a distribution channel through creator collaborations
Drive traffic and usage via creator-generated content
Measure success by output and impact, not vanity metrics
Primary KPI:
Number of new unique creator videos generated per month
Analytics & Decision-Making
Build simple but effective models in Excel / Google Sheets
Estimate traffic, conversions, and revenue impact
Decide which creators, formats, and deals to scale or cut
Turn messy, incomplete data into clear execution decisions
Automation & Scale
Automate creator discovery, outreach, tracking, and reporting.
Build lightweight systems using tools like Sheets, Zapier, Apify, Instantly, CRMs, APIs, or scripts.
Reduce manual work and increase throughput.
Execution & Experimentation
Run fast experiments across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X).
Test formats, incentives, and deal structures.
Learn quickly and iterate.
There is no separation between “creative” and “technical.” One person owns the full cycle.
Who We’re Looking For

You should have:
