About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to head our sales team and enhance revenue growth across all business segments. This leadership role involves spearheading the development and expansion of a top-performing sales department, encompassing lead generation, pipeline management, and attainment of revenue targets. Collaborating with the Head of Growth and CEO, you will execute the organization's go-to-market strategy effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the company's revenue goals through direct, channel, and enterprise sales efforts.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, from team leadership and pipeline management to setting quotas and providing coaching and development.
- Work closely with Revenue Operations to implement effective sales strategies, processes, and forecasting tools.
- Support strategic deal closures and secure executive buy-in, engaging stakeholders to accelerate enterprise conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pipeline generation, customer journey, and growth initiatives.
- Develop sales playbooks, compensation plans, and reporting dashboards to enhance team performance.
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion rates to maintain consistent deal velocity.
- Represent the company in customer negotiations and industry events, fostering key relationships.
- Act as a pivotal liaison between customers and the product team to drive product improvements.
Work Location & Authorization:
This role is fully remote and requires candidates based in the US with work authorization.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 3 years in sales leadership roles.
- Strong track record of surpassing revenue targets in fast-paced or startup environments.
- Proficiency in revenue tools and modern sales methodologies.
- Experience in building and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Preferred Experiences & Qualifications:
- Media and crypto knowledge is advantageous.
- Ability to conceptualize and deliver various multi-platform packages.
- Success in crypto sales is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base Salary Range: $120K – $140K USD per year.
- Bonus Eligibility: Commission-based.
