Currently, there is an opening for an Onboarding Lead who will take charge of project onboarding and enhance the growth of the ecosystem.
Role Summary
In this role, as an Onboarding Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing Seedify's project intake and partnership development. Responsibilities include identifying promising Web3 projects, conducting sales discussions, and overseeing the complete onboarding process from initial contact to launchpad integration. Various tools such as Notion, Jira, and Telegram will be utilized for streamlining and tracking these processes.
Main Duties
- Identifying high-potential Web3 projects across diverse genres.
- Engaging with founders through cold outreach, networking, and available ecosystem connections.
- Clearly and persuasively presenting Seedify's value proposition as part of sales interactions.
- Negotiating terms and guiding partners towards successful onboarding.
- Managing and monitoring onboarding workflows through tools like Notion, Jira, and Telegram.
- Providing guidance to partners on aspects such as tokenomics, launchpad mechanics, and fundraising strategies.
- Collaborating across teams internally to ensure successful onboarding and project readiness.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles within Web3 or tech startups.
- Comprehensive understanding of Launchpad operations, Tokenomics, and project fundraising dynamics within Web3.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in using tools such as Notion, Jira, and Telegram.
- Comfortable with remote work and fast-paced decentralized team environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of Web3 founders, launchpads, or crypto VCs.
- Previous experience working within a launchpad or incubator.
- Familiarity with smart contracts and token deployments on various chains such as BNB Chain and Ethereum.
