Duties and Responsibilities

  • Access Control:

  • Monitor and regulate access to the CleanSpark corporate office, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.

  • Surveillance:

  • Utilize advanced surveillance technology to monitor on-site and remote activities, promptly reporting any unusual behavior.

  • Maintain detailed records of surveillance findings and incidents.

  • Patrol and Inspection:

  • Conduct regular patrols and systematic inspections of corporate premises and remote monitoring infrastructure to identify and address potential security threats proactively.

  • Employ preventive measures and risk mitigation strategies to mitigate security vulnerabilities.

  • Emergency Response:

  • Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents.

  • Collaborate with emergency services as needed, following established protocols for different scenarios.

  • Customer Service:

  • Offer courteous and professional assistance to corporate employees, visitors, and contractors, providing guidance and support as required.

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to create a safe and welcoming environment within the corporate setting.

  • Report Writing:

  • Maintain accurate and thorough logs of security-related activities.

  • Compile comprehensive reports and deliver them promptly to relevant stakeholders.

  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other security personnel and pertinent departments to maintain a unified and comprehensive security framework.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to address security concerns and proactive strategies.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of law enforcement or military experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills for logging and reporting requirements.
  • Physical fitness to stand, walk, run, and perform security duties for extended periods.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • Honorable discharge from military service is preferred.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must pass a Nationwide Background Check.
