Position Overview

As a pivotal member of the Customer Success Team, the Senior Account Manager will oversee a dedicated portfolio of high net worth clients at Xapo Bank. Apart from prospecting and building customer relationships, this role entails guiding clients through our product offerings and providing personalized support throughout their journey with Xapo to foster enduring customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities include revenue generation through client retention and acquisition efforts, aligning with strategic goals to enhance the bank's financial performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding and maintenance of high net worth client relationships in the APAC region.
  • Tailor solutions to meet customer needs based on their unique circumstances and risk tolerance.
  • Serve as a regional escalation point for Customer Success Advisors, offering banking services to clients.
  • Promote the Xapo brand at regional events.
  • Keep a close watch on client portfolios and provide timely updates to clients as necessary.
  • Conduct periodic customer reviews to reassess risk profiles, wealth management requirements, and other critical details.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry specifications.
  • Accomplish targets and key performance indicators in line with team and business objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for potential and existing customers.
  • Collaborate on strategies to expand the customer base and identify cross-selling opportunities for asset under management (AUM) growth.

Strive to exceed client expectations by catering to their needs proactively, throughout the onboarding process and beyond.

Stay updated on advancements in traditional finance and cryptocurrency industries. Escalate regional issues to relevant teams and partners. Qualifications Required

  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
  • Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience in private banking, wealth management, investment banking, or commercial banking.
  • Understanding of crypto markets, either through professional exposure or personal interest.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and customer relationship management in financial services.
  • Ability to conduct effective face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients and handle queries at industry events.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and targets pertaining to conversion rates and AUM growth.
  • Extensive network in the financial services domain within the region.
  • Solid grasp of fiat payment channels and stablecoins.
