About the Team:
We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee financial accounting processes, support external audits, and ensure timely financial reporting. This role will collaborate closely with the Head of Finance and Controller to provide essential support to our global business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day general ledger activities and review journal entries and account reconciliations for various entities.
- Coordinate accounting integration assessments and align accounting activities with the Group Finance team.
- Establish and implement accounting policies, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Enhance intercompany and consolidation processes for US entities, including assessing the need for SLAs or transfer pricing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline accounting processes and enhance accuracy.
- Advise on advanced accounting concepts and work closely with auditors for accurate financial statements.
- Support key team members in meeting department goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading accounting teams through the close cycle.
- At least 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including prior public accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Active CPA license.
- Proficiency in NetSuite is essential.
- Previous managerial experience in public accounting is preferred, ideally with Big 4 firms.

- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
