Position Summary:
Circle is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Finance Operations unit. The incumbent will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing financial processes amidst the company’s expansion. Collaborating closely with Finance and cross-functional teams, the Senior Analyst will assist in driving Finance transformation, automation, streamlining, international growth, and product roadmap advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operationalize finance transformation endeavors, including ERP implementation and process automation.
- Engage with Accounting, Tax, Data, and Treasury teams to facilitate core finance processes improvement.
- Support cross-functional teams, including Product, to ensure financial readiness for upcoming projects.
- Align finance processes with the company's growth and global expansion strategies.
- Develop relevant documentation, monitoring tools, and contribute to change management and training for new financial systems and processes.
- Cultivate robust relationships with team members and stakeholders to enhance collaborative success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in roles assisting finance transformation, operations, or consulting.
- Understanding of finance operations, core finance processes, and systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at engaging with diverse organizational levels.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with a penchant for data-driven insights influencing decision-making.
- Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to process enhancement.
- Self-motivated, proactive, skilled in problem-solving, and adept at multitasking.
- Comfortable in dynamic environments and adept at navigating challenges.
- Proficiency with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

- Compensation range considers factors such as experience, qualifications, and organizational needs.
- Total compensation comprises Base Pay Range ($102,500 - $137,500), Annual Bonus Target (12.5%), Equity, and comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
