Responsibilities:

Communication & Leadership:

• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications to ensure project fulfillment.
• Proactively resolve obstacles to foster team growth and productivity.
• Uphold transparent, professional communication standards.
• Implement project management best practices within teams

Work Organization:

• Coordinate project planning, estimation, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

PM&BA:

• Analyze, plan, and convey requirements for scheduled projects.
• Provide consistent feedback to ensure team enhancement.
• Maintain stakeholders informed on project progress.
• Supervise project finances and adherence to timelines.
• Lead recruitment efforts to cater to strategic objectives of the team.
• Prioritize task backlog and steer product roadmap planning.
• Monitor potential risks and contribute to project management best practices.
• Support intern integration within teams to boost intern participation.

Skills:

• Proficient in client management and conflict resolution.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Effective team leadership and motivation abilities.
• Skilled at making data-driven decisions promptly.
• Good comprehension of project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of SDLC, software architecture, and blockchain ecosystem.
• Experience in talent development and coaching within tech fields.

• Basic understanding of contracting processes.

Beneficial Skills:

• Prior experience in managing blockchain projects, particularly in Ethereum ecosystem.
• Previous roles in development, product management, or business analysis.
• Knowledge of Ethereum roadmap and financial market principles.
