Senior Business Development Representative (MokaHR)

As we scale globally, we are establishing our founding sales team in Hong Kong. We are seeking a top-performing Senior Sales professional who thrives in dynamic settings, enjoys navigating intricate deals, and aims to create a significant impact in the HR Tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete enterprise sales processes from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key professionals such as CHROs, HRDs, and TA leaders.
- Drive new business development within mid-market and enterprise clients in Hong Kong.
- Establish strategic alliances with recruitment agencies, HR partners, and related industry stakeholders.
- Contribute market insights to influence regional strategies at the company.
- Assist in the development and potential leadership of the sales team in the Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan regions.
Qualifications:
- Possess over 5 years of B2B direct sales experience, preferably within SaaS, HR tech, or Enterprise Software sectors.
- Demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets consistently.
- Experience selling to HR and Talent Acquisition is highly beneficial.
- Utilize a strategic and consultative sales approach.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in establishing initiatives from the ground up.
