Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult and collaborate with business experts to design and develop financial reports, metrics, dashboards, tools, and techniques to uncover insights and visualize data
  • Discover, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets to perform strategic analysis and research, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Utilize data visualizations to effectively communicate and translate analytical findings to stakeholders across the organization
  • Create scalable automation solutions using SQL, Tableau, and other relevant tools
  • Communicate effectively and compellingly with leadership, focusing on delivering valuable business insights and data-driven narratives
  • Develop skills in strategic problem-solving, quantitative analytics, and communication

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage stakeholders, identify needs and pain points, clearly articulate issues, and deliver concise and effective oral and written presentations to all levels of the organization
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous business requirements
  • Self-motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and focused on driving impactful change
  • Prior experience in data visualization using Tableau or similar business intelligence tools

Senior Data Analyst (III)

  • Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in data analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
  • Solid understanding of statistics and application in solving business problems
  • Domain expertise in an area such as financial services, business banking, product analytics, marketing, developer ecosystem, or risk analytics

Lead Data Analyst (IV)

  • Minimum of 8 years of industry experience in data analytics
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data analysis
  • Deep understanding of statistics and proven track record of applying them to drive business solutions
  • Extensive domain knowledge in an area such as financial services, business banking, product analytics, marketing, developer ecosystem, or risk analytics

Senior Data Analyst (III)

Base Salary Range: $122,500 to $162,500

Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%

Lead Data Analyst (IV)

Base Salary Range: $145,000 to $192,500

Annual Bonus Target: 15%

Other Benefits: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)). Our vacation policy is flexible, and we provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
