Key Responsibilities:
- Consult and collaborate with business experts to design and develop financial reports, metrics, dashboards, tools, and techniques to uncover insights and visualize data
- Discover, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets to perform strategic analysis and research, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Utilize data visualizations to effectively communicate and translate analytical findings to stakeholders across the organization
- Create scalable automation solutions using SQL, Tableau, and other relevant tools
- Communicate effectively and compellingly with leadership, focusing on delivering valuable business insights and data-driven narratives
- Develop skills in strategic problem-solving, quantitative analytics, and communication
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage stakeholders, identify needs and pain points, clearly articulate issues, and deliver concise and effective oral and written presentations to all levels of the organization
- Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous business requirements
- Self-motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and focused on driving impactful change
- Prior experience in data visualization using Tableau or similar business intelligence tools
Senior Data Analyst (III)
- Minimum of 4 years of industry experience in data analytics

Lead Data Analyst (IV)
- Minimum of 8 years of industry experience in data analytics

Base Salary Range: $122,500 to $162,500
Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%
Lead Data Analyst (IV)
Base Salary Range: $145,000 to $192,500
Annual Bonus Target: 15%
