Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager
Job Summary:
A well-established software platform for digital assets is looking to hire an experienced and motivated Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Treasury and Financial Operations, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights for advancing business goals. This position will play a key role in offering financial guidance and analytical support to various stakeholders within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead the yearly budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure they align with strategic aims.
- Create and maintain financial models supporting strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance, recognize trends, and provide valuable insights to senior management.
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Treasury Management:
- Supervise cash management operations encompassing liquidity management, cash projection, and investment strategies.
- Monitor and manage the company's financial risks such as reinvestment risk, counterparty risk, price risk, and duration risk.
- Collaborate with financial institutions and decentralized protocols to enhance yield-generating strategies.
Financial Operations:
- Ensure precise and efficient processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to protect company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Drive continual improvement initiatives within financial operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Strategic Business Partnership:
- Work closely with business leaders to provide financial insights and bolster strategic initiatives.
- Conduct scenario analysis and evaluate the financial consequences of business decisions.
- Support M&A activities including financial due diligence and integration planning.
Team Management:
- Guide and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of excellence and ongoing growth.
- Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the finance team and across the organization.
