We are seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in marketing design to join our video team within a dynamic creative studio. The role entails enhancing our brand's visibility through compelling video content across various channels including social and paid advertisements.
Our company, a prominent cryptocurrency super app, serves over 300 million users worldwide. The Global Creative Team is responsible for creating impactful campaigns and developing creative assets that portray innovation, trust, and accessibility on a grand scale.
Responsibilities
Designing brand and marketing collateral for digital platforms such as social media and advertisements.
Collaborating closely with teams to maintain visual cohesion across brand and marketing projects.
Generating clear and engaging visual storytelling that conveys complex concepts related to cryptocurrencies, trading, and investing.
Creating visuals and storyboards to guide the video team in animations and editing.
Introducing and refining design formats based on performance data.
Cultivating relationships with various stakeholders across departments.
Utilizing AI tools to expedite and enhance production processes.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience, focusing on marketing design in different settings (agency, in-house, or startup).
A robust portfolio showcasing systematic design as well as high-quality creative work.
Ability to work in fast-paced marketing environments.
Proficiency in translating vague ideas into visually compelling solutions.
Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Thorough understanding of core graphic design principles.
Graphic Design:
Proficient in Figma with a deep understanding of components and plugins.
Knowledge of animation and motion graphics principles.
Excellent storyboarding skills for animation projects.
Sound understanding of typography, composition, and aesthetics.
Hands-on experience with AI tools like Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, and Kling.
Strong sense of brand identity and visual storytelling.
Developing and maintaining reusable templates and brand assets for various teams.
Performance Expertise:
Familiarity with paid media algorithms and various platform formats.
Understanding of performance marketing and conversion-driven design.
Experience with hook-driven storytelling frameworks.
Keen eye for visual trends and awareness.
Good to Have Skills:
Experience in animation, motion graphics, or video editing.
Proficiency in illustration or iconography.
Background in UX/UI design.
