Senior HR Account Manager
Job Summary:
Toku is seeking a Senior HR Account Manager to play a vital role in overseeing HR operations and partnerships with client businesses. In this position, you will be instrumental in supporting the HR team's operational efficiency, while also managing client relationships, people programs, and navigating complex regulatory issues. Responsibilities will revolve around various HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and general HR operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a range of intricate HR operational tasks throughout the employee life cycle, including onboarding, leave management, ensuring compliance, managing payroll, benefits, and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the Toku Benefits team to lead benefits brokerage, implementation, and annual open enrollment in the United States.
- Process semi-monthly US payroll, benefits, and 401k contributions accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to the development of Toku's PEO HR knowledge base by documenting employment regulations specific to different jurisdictions.
- Maintain positive employee relations by conducting regular check-ins, documenting employee inquiries, feedback, and prevailing sentiment trends.
- Support occasional special projects as required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in client-facing HR roles within an Employer of Record (EOR) or Professional Employer Organization (PEO) setup.
- 6 or more years of experience in HR management, generalist roles, or HR business partnering.
- Extensive expertise in HR operations, benefits administration, payroll management, employee relations, and employment law.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset.
- Capacity to independently manage multiple projects and workflows effectively.
- Preference for candidates with startup exposure and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in initiating new business ventures or side projects is considered a plus.
- Availability to work in the North America Time Zone.
