The People and Culture team is responsible for overseeing the employee experience, including talent acquisition, onboarding, people operations such as payroll and benefits, talent development, and retention. Our team also focuses on fostering company culture and enhancing employee connectivity to create a strong sense of belonging in the workplace. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily HR operations and employee lifecycle processes in TW to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support TW payroll processing, tax filing, payments, and coordinate with payroll vendors.
  • Collaborate with business, TA, and IT teams to facilitate a seamless preboarding and onboarding experience for new TW hires, as well as oversee exit procedures and documentation.
  • Assist in the year-end review process and document preparation.
  • Contribute as a core team member of the global Employee Services Hub, overseeing specific TA operational processes supporting the global business.
  • Play a crucial role in managing vendor staff's preboarding, onboarding, and exiting processes, working closely with group HR to monitor associated costs.
  • Take part in Giving-Back activities, Year-End Gala Event, and other relevant employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage registered office reservations, hot desk/meeting room bookings, related invoices, and handle office logistics as needed.
  • Support HR Manager and team with day-to-day operations, process enhancements, and ad-hoc HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related business field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
  • Strong numerical skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrate HR sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
