Responsibilities
- Introducing new products to the market and achieving set objectives related to USDC distribution and monetization
- Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships within the web3 ecosystem to bolster USDC adoption and growth
- Leading negotiations and executing commercial agreements with various web3 entities for Circle's suite of offerings
- Ensuring all partnerships align with sound strategies, generate positive ROI, and align with overall company objectives
- Collaborating with partners to address their needs with a customer-centric approach

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols and blockchain technology
- Demonstrated resilience, optimism, and a proactive approach
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Proficient in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
- Track record of negotiating high-impact deals with senior executives
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage diverse initiatives effectively
- Comfortable with ambiguity while excelling in structured environments with compliance protocols
Additional Details
- Compensation:
- Base Pay Range: $177,500 - $230,000
- Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
