Primary Responsibilities:
- Launching new products and achieving ambitious goals for USDC distribution and related monetization
- Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships within the Web3 space to promote the adoption and expansion of USDC
- Managing negotiations and executing commercial agreements with diverse Web3 organizations for Circle's suite of products and services
- Ensuring all business deals align with strategic outcomes, offer a positive ROI for Circle, and support the company's growth objectives
- Collaborating with partners to address their needs with a strong customer-centric approach
Your Role:
- Identifying and overseeing multiple opportunities, devising and implementing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, and validating beta products
- Cultivating a team ethos of integrity, collaboration, customer focus, performance metrics, fast-paced delivery, and optimism
- Building and maintaining key executive relationships with various Web3 organizations worldwide
- Providing regular reports and clear communication on crucial KPIs, metrics, and revenue forecasts for the assigned region

Candidate Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols and on-chain technologies
- Resilience, optimism, and proactive self-starting capabilities
- Strong negotiation skills and success in securing impactful deals with senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively to drive business growth
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with clear risk controls
Additional Details:
- Position is eligible for immediate PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates
- Compensation includes base pay range from $177,500 to $230,000 plus annual bonus of 17.5%
- Benefits package comprises equity, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans, plus flexible vacation and sick leave policies
