About the Opportunity

This role at the forefront of the cryptocurrency industry goes beyond traditional HR responsibilities. As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be a strategic partner, trusted advisor to leadership, and an architect of a vibrant company culture.

As an HRBP, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to co-create people-centric solutions that drive business transformation, achieve commercial goals, and support our vision of Building the Future, Together. Leveraging your business acumen, you will provide insights to the HR team, collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and align people plans with the overall business strategy to address current operational needs while focusing on future business strategies.

On a daily basis, you will provide guidance to managers on team development, employee relations, compensation management, and enhancing the employee experience. You will also work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to implement modern recruitment strategies and support talent acquisition efforts.

Together with this diverse and experienced team, you will contribute to driving sales, market share, and achieving ambitious goals for the company while experiencing a fast-paced, evolving environment that comes with rapid company growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with senior business leaders to design and implement strategic HR initiatives to support global growth and scalability
  • Fostering employee engagement and maintaining a positive work environment
  • Utilizing data analytics to drive HR decisions and measure program impact
  • Providing guidance and coaching to leaders to drive effective talent management practices
  • Leading HR projects related to team success, performance reviews, and development planning
  • Managing all HR functions for your assigned business units, including talent acquisition and employee relations

What We Look For In You

  • 7+ years of HR experience in high-growth tech or financial services environments
  • Experience working with C-suite executives in commercial client groups
  • Ability to analyze HR data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English for stakeholder communication
  • Passion for building company culture and fostering collaboration
