Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies in Japan to bolster brand recognition, meet campaign objectives, and establish a prominent local presence.
- Contribute to designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business priorities and tailored to local market demands.
- Oversee social media management for Binance Japan across key platforms, involving content scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance evaluation.
- Tailor and create social media content conforming to brand guidelines, suitable for local audiences in Japan.
- Stay abreast of social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights to enhance content performance and audience engagement.
- Organize and execute both digital and offline events, ranging from community engagements to industry events, ensuring flawless execution and delivery in collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely and high-quality implementation of marketing campaigns and events.
- Manage event operations on a daily basis, covering timeline management, logistics, vendor communication, on-site support, and post-event procedures.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams and local business, PR, compliance, and product teams to facilitate marketing initiatives in Japan.
- Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, social media activities, and events, and propose optimization strategies where needed.
- Ensure marketing materials and activities adhere to brand standards, local regulations, and internal guidelines.
- Contribute creative ideas and facilitate their implementation to boost brand visibility, engagement, and community growth in the local market.
- Efficiently handle a vast array of marketing activities, spanning large-scale campaigns to intricate day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Possess over 10 years of marketing experience with strong competencies in brand marketing and campaign execution.
- Demonstrate at least 7 years of experience in brand marketing with a sound understanding of brand communication and local market campaign planning.
- Have a minimum of 5 years managing social media operations, including content planning, audience engagement, and performance measurement.
- Bring at least 3 years of experience in organizing digital and physical events, encompassing logistics, vendor management, and on-site support.
- Showcase the ability to handle multiple marketing projects concurrently and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Exhibit proficiency in navigating between large-scale marketing campaigns and detailed day-to-day operational tasks with a hands-on mentality.
- Possess profound knowledge of the Japanese market, consumer behavior, and culturally resonant communication strategies.
- Provide native-level proficiency in written and verbal Japanese to craft clear, engaging, and contextually relevant marketing content.
- Demonstrate proficient English skills to engage effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
- Exhibit robust project management and coordination abilities with meticulous attention to detail and efficient priority management.
- Comfortably collaborate across various internal teams like business, PR, compliance, product, and regional marketing groups.
