Senior Onchain Partnership Manager

About the role

We are hiring a Senior Onchain Partnership Manager with extensive experience to promote the adoption of our non-custodial wallet by establishing and managing strategic partnerships within the blockchain industry. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of native crypto knowledge, a deep comprehension of blockchain technology, and a successful history of forming valuable collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify, assess, and create partnerships with DeFi protocols, blockchain projects, wallets, dApps, and infrastructure providers to enhance the utility and adoption of the non-custodial wallet.
• Foster Ecosystem Development: Cultivate relationships with different network layers, liquidity providers, on/off-ramp solutions, dApps, etc., to enhance user experience and wallet functionality.
• Perform Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities in the crypto space.
• Advocate for the Wallet: Represents the wallet at industry events, conferences, and webinars to raise awareness and strengthen partner relationships.
• Ensure Consistent Brand Representation: Provide guidance on how the wallet is portrayed on various platforms like Twitter, blogs, telegram, discord, etc., ensuring alignment with brand messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of native crypto experience in business development or partnership management.
• Thorough understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape, including key industry players and market dynamics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to establish connections and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with managing communications on various social media platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
