About the role:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Onchain Partnership Manager to drive the adoption of the company's non-custodial wallet (Onchain wallet) by establishing and managing strategic partnerships within the blockchain ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of direct cryptocurrency experience, a profound knowledge of blockchain technology, and a successful history of forming impactful collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivating Strategic Partnerships: Identify, assess, and establish partnerships with DeFi protocols, blockchain projects, wallets, dApps, and infrastructure providers to enhance the utility and adoption of the Onchain wallet.
- Ecosystem Development: Foster relationships with Layer-1, Layer-2, Layer-3 networks, liquidity providers, on/off-ramp solutions, dApps, etc. to enhance user experience and wallet functionality.
- Market Analysis: Remain informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to recognize untapped opportunities within the crypto ecosystem.
- Advocacy: Be prepared to represent the wallet at industry events, conferences, and webinars to raise awareness and fortify relationships with partners.
- Brand Representation: Offer guidance and supervision on the wallet's representation across varied platforms like Twitter, blogs, Telegram, Discord, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and positioning.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct cryptocurrency experience focusing on business development or partnership management.
- Profound comprehension of the crypto and blockchain landscape, encompassing key entities and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and others for managing communications and engagement with the community.
- Capability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamically evolving setting.
