About the role:
We are in search of a seasoned Senior Onchain Partnership Manager to encourage the adoption of [Company's] non-custodial wallet (Onchain wallet) by cultivating and supervising strategic partnerships with prominent entities in the blockchain industry. The ideal candidate should possess no less than 5 years of comprehensive experience in cryptocurrency, a profound comprehension of blockchain technology, and a track record of establishing impactful collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, assess, and forge partnerships with DeFi protocols, blockchain projects, wallets, dApps, and infrastructure providers to enrich the functionality and usage of the Onchain wallet.
- Ecosystem Development: Cultivate relationships with Layer-1, Layer-2, Layer-3 networks, liquidity providers, on/off-ramp solutions, dApps, etc., to enhance user experience and wallet features.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics to pinpoint unexplored prospects within the crypto sector.
- Advocacy: Willingness to represent the wallet at industry functions, conferences, webinars to heighten awareness and fortify relationships with partners.
- Brand Representation: Offer guidance and supervision on the depiction of the wallet across various platforms like Twitter, blogs, Telegram, Discord, ensuring a consistent branding message.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of strong cryptocurrency experience involving business development or partnership oversight.
- Comprehensive understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape, encompassing major entities and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the capability to establish rapport and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in managing communications and interactions with the community on platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
