Senior Onchain Partnership Manager

About the role:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Onchain Partnership Manager to increase the adoption of our non-custodial wallet by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships in the blockchain industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the crypto space, possess a deep knowledge of blockchain technology, and a successful history of creating impactful collaborations.

Responsibilities:

• Forge Strategic Partnerships: Identify and form partnerships with DeFi protocols, blockchain projects, wallets, dApps, and infrastructure providers to enhance the functionality and usage of our Onchain wallet.
• Develop Ecosystem: Cultivate relationships with various networks, liquidity providers, on/off-ramp solutions, and dApps to enhance user experience and wallet features.
• Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and analyze market developments to discover unexplored opportunities in the crypto space.
• Advocacy: Represent the wallet at industry events, conferences, and webinars to increase awareness and nurture partnerships.
• Brand Management: Guide and monitor the wallet's representation on different platforms like Twitter, blogs, Telegram, and Discord to ensure consistency with brand messaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in native crypto within business development or partnership management.
• Profound understanding of the crypto and blockchain sector, including key stakeholders and market trends.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the capability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord for community engagement and communication.
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
