Senior Payroll Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and process global multi-jurisdictional payroll using Bamboo HR and Trax
- Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific policies
- Handle taxation and withholding of all statutory withholdings and deductions
- Oversee the 401(k) Plan in partnership with third-party administrators
- Collaborate with Finance team for HR and benefit expense reporting
- Provide day-to-day support and issue resolution for payroll-related matters
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in payroll processing and/or HR financial reporting
- Full-cycle payroll experience in multi-entity organizations
- Strong knowledge of benefits compliance in relation to payroll
- Proficient in financial reporting, including MS Excel skills
- Effective problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and high level of confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Bamboo HR and Trax
- CPP or equivalent certification
- Global experience in payroll, HR, or financial reporting
- Experience working across different offices and time zones

- Salary Range: $142,000 - $176,000 (Note: Salary may vary based on qualifications, experience, and location)
