About the Team:

The Central Product Team at Binance is at the forefront of innovation and user experience enhancement. Focused on refining fundamental platforms and services that underpin the Binance ecosystem, the team aims to boost crypto adoption through scalable and secure solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Offer support in product implementation and technical solutions, particularly in the User Growth/Marketing segments
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to optimize user acquisition strategies
• Assist in creating development roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives
• Draft Product Requirements Document (PRD) and effectively liaise with Engineers/Designers to align product features with user needs
• Proficient in analyzing growth metrics, defining targets, formulating solutions, and monitoring performance
• Oversee campaign management, production rollouts, change requests, and new initiatives
• Develop user-friendly backend tools for internal campaign management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, alongside proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective collaboration with global stakeholders
• Exceptional problem-solving and teamwork abilities with project management experience within cross-functional setups
• Logical thinker capable of articulating rationale, assumptions, and risks
• Efficient multitasker with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a rapidly growing international firm
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects and navigating complex organizational dependencies
• Preference for candidates with prior Product Manager experience in user growth, as well as expertise in developing campaign platforms
