As the Turkey local principal product manager, your primary responsibility is to drive crypto user growth and business impact in Turkey by leveraging global core features along with unique local propositions. By simplifying investment strategies and applying them to retail features, you will enhance financial wellness for users in Turkey. In this role, you will lead product initiatives to deliver exceptional user experiences based on data and insights. Additionally, you will be accountable for customer onboarding, activation, adoption, usage, and retention goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategy in Turkey, managing the roadmap for product evolution
- Identify market opportunities and introduce innovative products and features
- Enhance operational efficiency in product development and representation to stakeholders and leadership
- Define and track KPIs to drive feature team optimization for workflow, UX, and design
- Facilitate product discussions to ensure alignment with customer needs and market demand
- Oversee Turkey product roadmaps, resource allocation, release cadence, and testing
- Collaborate with global product team and cross-functional units to capitalize on localized opportunities
Qualifications:
- Experience in product management or software engineering, preferably in crypto, DeFi, social, gaming, or finance
- Proficiency in adapting to the MENA time zone
- Successful track record of launching scalable products in DeFi, crypto, fintech, social, or gaming sectors
- Strong communication skills to translate strategy into actionable plans
- Ability to balance engineering, design, and scheduling considerations
- Appreciation for design and user experience
- Excellent analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with remote development teams
- Technical degree or equivalent educational background
