Description

About the Role:
As a Senior Motion Designer, you will collaborate closely with product designers, graphic designers, and 3D designers to produce striking motion and visuals integrated into products and web platforms. As a member of a compact visual team, you will have significant influence on the visual branding of global services accessed by millions worldwide.
Comfortable with ambiguity, you excel at transforming abstract ideas into tangible and creatively crafted assets. Demonstrating a meticulous eye for detail, you align your work with a broader vision. Responsibilities:
- Identify and suggest innovative ways to incorporate motion into application experiences and website designs
- Implement motion design across various product levels, from micro-interactions and data visualizations to icons and illustrations
- Enhance existing static assets through dynamic animations
- Evaluate and select appropriate tools for each task, seamlessly transitioning between them
- Create files in a clear and concise manner for easy sharing
- Develop a workflow to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with diverse teams, generating ideas, presenting work, establishing timelines, and gathering feedback
- Coordinate with developers to faithfully execute animations and motion graphics
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional motion design experience
- Demonstrated interest and comprehension of contemporary visual culture
- Strong grasp of effective animation principles
- Proficiency in After Effects
- Familiarity with modern tools such as Cavalry, Rive, and web-based animation platforms (GSAP, CSS, etc.)
- Knowledge of Adobe suite
- Experience using LottieFiles and preparing animations for developers
- Understanding of Figma basics
