Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Binance Chat product including feature implementations, content oversight, and user experience enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate product strategies into actionable operational plans.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret core product metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Identify product deficiencies and user concerns through data analysis and feedback mechanisms, instigating corrective actions with relevant teams.
- Develop and execute growth and engagement strategies such as feature launches and user incentive programs.
- Create and maintain operational documentation such as standard operating procedures and playbooks for the Chat product.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Customer Support, and Marketing divisions to ensure product congruence and regulatory compliance.
- Support new feature releases through comprehensive testing, user communication, and post-launch monitoring.
- Advocate for user needs by collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback through surveys, interviews, and community engagement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product operations, growth operations, or a related role within the tech or internet industry.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Tableau, with knowledge of SQL considered a plus.
- Demonstrated abilities in collaborating across functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of social or messaging products, experience with chat, community, or content platforms a strong advantage.
- Exceptional project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin a bonus.
- Enthusiasm or experience in the crypto/Web3 industry beneficial.
