We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior PR Manager to join our Wallet on Telegram team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a global PR manager in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the tech or software industry. A solid understanding of crypto and blockchain is a plus. They will be responsible for managing all PR efforts, including launches and ongoing communications, for Wallet on Telegram. This role requires the ability to effectively handle the challenges associated with rapid product scaling, ensuring clear, proactive, reactive and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively inform users about product updates, maintenance, and any issues, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Crisis Communication: Lead crisis communication efforts, managing responses to critical situations such as high demand, performance issues, and technical glitches to maintain brand reputation and user trust.
  • Media Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the tech, software, and crypto space to secure positive coverage.
  • Press Releases and Announcements: Write and distribute press releases, announcements, and other PR materials to communicate product updates, company milestones, and other newsworthy events related to the Wallet on Telegram.
  • Brand Messaging: Develop and refine brand messaging to ensure consistency across all communications channels, reinforcing the Wallet on Telegram's positioning and values.
  • Event Management: Organize and manage participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance the Wallet on Telegram's visibility and credibility.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Manage communication with key stakeholders, including users, investors, and partners, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to inform PR strategies and identify opportunities for proactive media engagement.
  • Feedback Management: Monitor user feedback across various channels and coordinate with internal teams to address concerns and improve the product experience.

  • Proven Experience in PR: Demonstrated experience in public relations within the tech, software, or cryptocurrency space.
  • User Communication Expertise: Strong skills in developing and executing user communication strategies, particularly in high-demand or crisis situations.
  • Crisis Management Skills: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage crisis communications effectively, ensuring clear and transparent communication with users.
  • Media Relations: Established network of media contacts in the tech, finance, and blockchain industries.

What You Will Do
Creator & Partner Growth
Source, evaluate, and onboard creators who can drive high-quality users
Build and negotiate creator partnerships (affiliate, revenue share, performance-based deals)
Run creator campaigns end-to-end: outreach → deal → launch → optimization
