About the role:

Job Responsibilities information:

• Apply data analytics, statistical models, and machine learning techniques to analyze platform transactions.
• Identify patterns of high-risk transaction behavior and drive the development of AI risk monitoring models.
• Collaborate across various teams to streamline operational processes and standards.
• Keep abreast of the latest money laundering tactics to enhance AI risk models continually.
• Conduct detailed investigations of suspicious activities, implement effective monitoring measures, and trigger timely alerts for high-risk transactions.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills to enhance risk prevention and detection capabilities within the team.

Your profile:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in AI or related fields.
• Proficient in machine learning models, with experience in training, evaluating, and optimizing AI models.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of risk management experience, preferably incorporating AI modeling in reputable financial institutions.
• Skilled in data analysis to uncover insights and identify irregular behaviors.
• Excellent communication skills with a penchant for problem-solving and curiosity.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
