Role Overview:

As an SDET at Ledger, you will work with a team of QA Automation Engineers to create tools and processes that empower product squads to autonomously manage test automation and uphold the quality of their outputs.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing tools to enhance the quality assurance process across all stakeholders of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Establishing new and maintaining existing workflows for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Crafting and evolving test automation frameworks.
• Developing and implementing effective automation testing processes and methodologies.
• Integrating automated testing into Quality Assurance practices.
• Collaborating with various teams through workshops and pair-programming sessions.
• Engaging with product squads to communicate enhancements, share strategies, best practices, and lessons learned.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in developing test automation solutions using TypeScript.
• Proficiency in a web automation testing framework like Playwright, Detox, or Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end testing tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of development processes, design patterns, and programming principles.
• Previous experience in designing workflows and constructing CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills in English.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to embrace new trends and drive beneficial changes.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in testing and automating blockchain products.
• Familiarity with Java or other programming languages.
• Proficiency with AWS, Docker containers, Kubernetes.
• Fluency in French.
