Senior Tax Associate, Transfer Pricing
Overview The Finance & Accounting (F&A) team comprises various functions, including Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Together, the team optimizes global finance initiatives with attention to detail and multitasking abilities on diverse project scopes.
Role Summary
The Transfer Pricing Senior Associate/Manager will play a key role in implementing the company's transfer pricing policies and documentation, managing intercompany transactions, and ensuring compliance with global tax accounting standards. This position requires strong analytical skills, experience in financial services or tech-driven environments, and collaboration across teams to oversee complex intercompany structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage intercompany journal entries for transfer pricing compliance and reconcile them.
- Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation in line with OECD and local regulations (Local File, Master File, CbCR).
- Implement transfer pricing policies, monitor Group transfer pricing model, and establish legal agreements for intercompany transactions.
- Collaborate with finance teams and advisors to ensure accurate submission of transfer pricing filings such as CbCR and BEPS Pillar 2.
- Conduct financial analyses and benchmarking to support transfer pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with various business functions to align transfer pricing efforts.
- Assist in tax and financial audits, providing necessary documentation and responses.
- Streamline processes through the use of tax, accounting, and AI technology for efficient data collection and reporting.
- Keep abreast of global tax and transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in transfer pricing or tax, with fintech/tech exposure advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, Local File/Master File, BEPS Pillar 2, and CbCR.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and relevant tools/software.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and tax software desirable.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Self-driven, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English preferred.
