Senior Technical Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter to serve as a Talent Partner for our technical Business Units (BUs) worldwide.
This role involves hands-on recruitment tasks coupled with leadership responsibilities, such as leading hiring initiatives, managing recruiting data, coordinating hiring priorities, and more.
The primary focus of the Recruiter role is to ensure the company attracts, recruits, and retains high-caliber employees while establishing a robust talent pipeline and fostering close relationships with business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, including sourcing, interviewing, facilitating hiring procedures, and negotiating offers.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Act as a strategic Talent Partner to designated business units, providing guidance, consulting, and coaching.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams and hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process continuously and contribute to HR initiatives.
- Manage recruitment databases and HR resources efficiently and systematically.
- Develop and maintain a pool of quality talent using diverse methods like networking, university outreach, job fairs, and regular engagement with potential candidates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in technical recruiting, preferably within top tech or Web3 companies.
- Proven track record in successfully filling senior technical positions.
- Profound understanding of Web3 technologies and a genuine passion for the industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to forge connections with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven approach with experience in utilizing metrics and analytics for decision-making.
- Agility to adapt swiftly to evolving business needs and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
