Seedworld is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer specialized in gaming and blockchain to craft user-centric interfaces and seamless experiences for their cutting-edge platform. The successful candidate must possess a meticulous attention to detail, a user-focused design ethos, and a knack for resolving intricate design challenges creatively. They will be actively involved in design evaluations, usability assessments, and refining designs based on feedback to enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly interfaces for gaming and blockchain functionalities to enhance user interaction and experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user behaviors, pain points, and areas for enhancement.
• Simplify complex blockchain concepts into visually appealing and understandable designs, e.g., tokenomics, NFTs, wallets.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for features like marketplaces, dashboards, game menus, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate closely with game designers and developers to ensure the practicality of proposed design solutions.
• Partner with various teams such as product managers, game designers, blockchain developers, and marketers to align design with business objectives.
• Promote best design practices and user-centric methodologies throughout the organization.
• Design interfaces for vital features like NFT markets, wallet integrations, land management tools, and creator hubs.
• Seamlessly integrate Web3 functionalities without detracting from the gaming experience, e.g., transactions, token swaps.
• Create visually captivating designs in line with Seedworld’s brand identity and aesthetic.
• Contribute to designing and upkeeping a comprehensive design system for consistent user experience across platforms.
• Iteratively optimize UI/UX designs based on performance metrics and user feedback.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in gaming and blockchain to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• More than 5 years of UI/UX design experience, specializing in gaming and/or blockchain applications.
• Proven track record in designing for intricate systems like multiplayer games, marketplaces, or Web3 platforms.
• Familiarity with Google's Material Design guidelines and responsive design principles.
• Strong attention to detail and efficient task prioritization in a dynamic workplace.

Skills:

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalents.
• Solid grasp of user-centric design principles, usability testing, and information structuring.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals like NFTs, wallets, tokenomics, and smart contracts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of game design and player behavior psychology in online multiplayer or user-generated content-focused games.

Collaboration:

• Effective collaboration skills within cross-functional teams to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
