Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and develop Binance's social channels specific to Australia and New Zealand, managing content, campaigns, and maintaining a consistent brand voice to drive engagement and achieve growth objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the cryptocurrency social media landscape, including competitors, to extract actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement ongoing content strategies for local and global initiatives, incorporating key global partnerships such as CR7 and Alpine F1.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing business issues and crisis management, responding promptly and effectively to maintain a positive image, collaborating closely with Customer Support and Public Relations teams.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze campaign and content performance across various platforms.
  • Cultivate relationships with external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, content creators, and partners, including Binance Angels.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage potential content partnerships to enhance audience reach and engagement on Binance’s Australia and New Zealand social channels.
  • Act as a representative of Binance at events throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in English with exceptional communication skills, strong aesthetic sense, and effective copywriting abilities.
  • Experience in managing and growing social media accounts, creating content on platforms like Twitter and Instagram.
  • Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market with up-to-date knowledge of trends and market sentiments.
  • Ideally, familiarity with Binance products as an active Binance user.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma or equivalent and an interest in AI tools.
  • Experience in editing short-form video content using tools such as Adobe Premier, CapCut, etc.
  • Minimum of 3 years in social media, community, content creation, or brand marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in high-pressure scenarios and maintain composure and rationality.
  • Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and results-driven mindset.
  • Well-equipped to handle stress, self-motivated, and oriented towards achieving goals.
  • Previous experience with remote work and startups is advantageous.
